Mary Griffin
I am a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy in Atlanta, Georgia and am a premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association.
After having a family of my own and spending twelve years in banking, I understand how precious time can be and that most of us don’t want to spend that time planning and cooking dinner. I have a passion for cooking and a desire to bring families together and make dinner one less thing for you to worry about. I operate under a strict code of ethics sponsored by the USPCA (see link below) and strive to provide you the best service possible.

My love for cooking began with an easy bake oven as I am sure it did with most girls. Then I began watching my mom cook (the best cook I know), and as a teen, I helped prepare meals for the family as both parents worked. In motherhood I continued my passion for cooking but ran out of time. I bought groceries week after week to try a new recipe, only to throw the ingredients away at the end of the week and order take out. Then I received an opportunity when my kids started school to train and partner with Mary Griffin, owner of Thyme Management PCS. I began reading cooking magazines, pouring over recipes, books, reading manuals and cooking, cooking, cooking. A passion was reignited in me that has been there since I was a child. I am currently working on my personal chef degree at the Culinary Business Institute and am enjoying helping clients reclaim some time from their busy schedules. There is nothing like the satisfaction of helping clients have a home cooked meal and the time to enjoy it!
